6) PROJECT START: Design work is expected to start in October 2022. Construction start is
dependent on design progress and as COVID allows.
7) Estimated Price Range: Is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
8) Site Visit: A site visit will be held on September 14, at 2mm. Prime contractor is limited to two people total. Confirm attendance by email, Darren.odegard@faa.gov, no later than September 9, 2022. Period of Performance: 10/01/2022 to 01/31/2023 The items listed are considered Joint Acceptance Inspection exceptions not captured within the scope of the TRACON Relocation and the In accordance with the Contract clauses, specifications, drawing and all other applicable laws. Perform work at the P80 TRACON and Administrative Support Building. The project is located inside the Portland TRACON in the lobby areas and equipment rooms. The work consists of drywall repair and paint, window blind replacement, ESD carpet replacement, and modifying the central vacuum system. Additionally, the perimeter of the electronics equipment room is not fully fire-rated and requires replacement of a non-rated door, firestopping of utility and structural penetrations, and modification of two cable tray penetrations. A bid option has been included to upgrade and realign existing security fencing
