Reference Number 00003129490 Source ID SCRIBE Supply and installation of one (1) generator at the Brooklyn Fire Department (BFD) Station #2, Garlands Crossing, NS: a. The supply of a new 100 kW, 120/240V, single phase generator, c/w weather housing and sub-base fuel tank. b. Installation of the new generator on a concrete pad located at the end of the building outside the electrical room. c. Installation to include all civil work of a 6" reinforced concrete pad (6'x14'x6") and protective bollards, in accordance with applicable building codes for protection of tanks and equipment. d. Supply and installation of a 400A automatic transfer switch in the place of the existing manual switch. e. Installation of all controls on the exhaust and intake air to keep them from bringing in exhaust from the generator. f. Power for battery charger and block heater. g. All applicable building and electrical permits required for execution of the work scope. h. All documentation, including installation, parts, and service manuals, including complete wiring diagrams must be forwarded to the Municipality's Public Works Department at the time of delivery. i. All equipment and parts supplied are to be new only (no remanufactured equipment), never used and of the latest manufacture. j. Engines must operate to specifications and be equipped with pollution emissions as required by law in the Province of Nova Scotia.
