The RMC is seeking a qualified entity to provide construction project management services for implementation of a park adjacent to Compton Creek in the City of Compton. Services must be provided by a licensed architect, registered engineer, or licensed general contractor for managing and supervising work performed on the project. Such services will include construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling, cost-benefit analysis, claims review and negotiation, and general management and administration of a construction project .
