Site work and new construction of a residential development in Palm Bay, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

**As of August 19, 2022, Once redesigned, the project will go out to bid again. No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Palm Bay has adopted the following relative to housing: Florida Building Code 2020 7th Edition, whit adopted Standers that supplement the Code. Florida Building Code 2020 7th Edition Residential, with adopted Standards that supplement the Code. Florida Mechanical Code 2020 7th Edition, with adopted Standers that supplement the Code. Florida Fuel Gas Code 2020 7th Edition, with adopted Standers that supplement the Code. Florida Plumbing Code 2020 7th Edition,, with adopted Standards that supplement the Code. National Electric Code of NFPA 70, 2017 Palm Bay City Code of Ordinances Sanitary Codes (County Health Department). In cases where compliance with these codes are impractical and/or cost prohibitive, Contractors will be required to comply to the code to the extent feasible as determined by the Building Department. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, colour, religion, sex or national origin. All questions about the meaning or intent of the invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing and directed to Community Housing Initiative located at 3033 College Wood Drive, Melbourne, FL 32934, Attention: Nicole Ten penny, Executive Director. Questions may also be sent via fax at (321) 253-1575 or email at nicole@chibrevard.org. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal efforts and shall not be relied upon by Bidders in submitting their bids. The undersigned agrees to start work within fifteen (15) calendar days after the Contracting Agency provides written notice to proceed and to fully complete the project within twelve (12) months.
