Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St. Peters Bay, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor hereby covenants and agrees with the St Peters Area Development Corporation as herein provided in connection with the following work, namely: Route 313 - Greenwich AT Trail Section 73800, Station 0+000 - 0+260 Section 31304, Station 0+223 - 5+118 Section 31305, Station 0+000 - 3+148 For a total distance of 8,303 metres This project commences 260m south of the intersection of Route 313 and Bay Shore Road and proceeds northerly along Bay shore until the intersection of Route 313 and Bay Shore Road. Then the project proceeds along Route 313 westerly for 8,043 m to 35m west of the intersection of Route 313 and Wild Rose Road. The work to construct an Active Transportation Trail includes: Cold planing asphalt (50mm +- 15mm), placing asphalt seal B (50mm) on roadway, excavation, installing storm sewer, placing concrete curb, placing select borrow, placing granular a, placing asphalt seal B (60mm) on AT trail, shouldering, landscaping and all other work necessary to complete the Contract.
