Pursuant to Section 22300 of the Public Contract Code of the State of California, the Contract will contain provisions permitting the successful bidder to substitute securities for any moneys withheld by NTFPD to ensure performance under the Contract. The NTFPD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received, to be the sole judge of the bid, and to accept any bid that it determines to be in its best interest.
