Site work and renovation of a civil project in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project Includes the Following Work: In Accordance With the Plans and Specifications, This Work Consists of the Construction of Municipal Wells No.1 & No.2, Including Pumps, Well House Structures, and Booster Station No.1 for the Spring Valley Phase 1 Water System. Work Generally Includes Vertical Well Turbine Pumps, Motor and Column Pipe, Earthwork, Grading and Stormwater Systems at Each Site, Construction of Access With Gravel and Asphalt Surfacing to Each Site, Construction of Enclosure Structures Including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Associated Piping and Other Water System Appurtenances at Each Site, and Installation of Stand-by Generators With Associated Appurtenances at Each Site. Project Has an Expected Duration of 270 Calendar Days. Instructions to Bidders For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Cash in the Amount of 5% of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Contract in Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, Waive Any Nonmaterial Irregularities in the Bids Received, and to Accept the Proposal Deemed Most Advantageous to the Best Interest of Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District .
