Renovation of a fire / police facility in Vanceburg, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Lewis County Fiscal Court & Camp Dix VFD will retain a qualified architectural firm to provide planning, design, construction, and other required services for the renovation of the existing Camp Dix VFD building, located in Vanceburg, KY.Sources of funding may include, but are not limited to Community Development Block Grant, USDA Rural Development, and other such state and federal funding opportunities. Proposals will be ranked on the basis of written materials as set forth in the RFQ packet. The Lewis County Fiscal Court & Camp Dix VFD reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The solicitation for Statements of Qualifications is being conducted to fulfill state/federal funding agency procurement requirements. Attention of respondents to this RFQ is called to the following requirements: 1) Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; 2) Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; 3) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 4) Executive Order 11246; 5) Certification of Non-segregated Facilities. All of these may be incorporated into any contract issued pursuant to this solicitation. The Lewis County Fiscal Court is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages responses from all qualified firms.
