Bellevue S. Foote Sidewalk Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Bellevue for the S. Foote Sidewalk. The scope of work includes the construction of ADA compliant sidewalk between the existing sidewalk and Grandview Elementary School's parking lot. Last Addendum shall be issued on July 12th, 2022 by 5:00 pm. Contractors are encouraged to utilize local Vendors and Suppliers. The City of Bellevue (OWNER) reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Project is subject to tree clearing restrictions in June and July. Each BIDDER must deposit with its bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Project to be completed prior to the first day of school August 17th, 2022. No BIDDER may withdraw its Bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. No price escalation during the time of the Construction Contract shall be considered.
