Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sandy, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and municipal facility.
Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. Harney County, Oregon is seeking proposals for the replacement of its existing phone system. We are open to proposals for cloud-based or hybrid systems. Evaluation of proposals will be based on responsiveness to the requirements specified in this document and on price. The final award decision will be arrived at through a best-value analysis which considers all relevant factors. Harney County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received and to accept or reject any items herein to be in the best interest of the County. .
