SPPS EOS ARP Kitchen HVAC Upgrades The Work defined in the Contract Documents includes, but is not limited to: This project will remove the two existing air handling units serving the kitchen area with heating and ventilation, and replace it with one new unit that will also provide air conditioning to the kitchen area. The following are also part of the scope: 1. Two new roof mounted air cooled condensing units and refrigerant piping. 2. Structural supports for condensing units with new columns and footings installed at building floor. 3. Ceiling removal and reinstallation to accommodate ductwork replacement. 4. Temporary air conditioning unit to maintain operation of a portion of the kitchen during construction. 5. Electrical power for new equipment. 6. Replacement of electrical panel. Questions and clarifications should be presented during the pre-bid meeting or in writing to the Architect no later than Friday, July 29, 2022, at 2:00 PM. All responses to questions and clarifications will be done in the form of addenda to be posted no later than Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 2:00 PM
