Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hyde Park, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Provide lump sum bids for Asphalt Demolition, removal and replacement of subgrade materials, asphalt replacement and striping as per drawings and specifications. All barricading and protection are required to be provided by the Subcontractor. All quantities are to be verified by Subcontractor prior to bidding. These projects will begin July 14, 2022 and will occur through August 16, 2022. The packages will be bid using a low bid best Value selection process. There are 3 schools that will be awarded individually based on the low bid. Please list the square footage for each school in your bids. Please use the bid form to submit all bids. If the bid form is not used, the bid may not be considered. As of January 23, 2024, this project was completed by the construction manager per the scheule indicated below. DWA Construction, Inc. and the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in any bid or in the bidding. *This project has been updated for historical data and reference purposes.
