This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Electric Motor Service and Repair on an as needed basis for the Department of Public Utilities. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of an associated purchase order. The proposed contract will be in effect from July 1, 2022 through May 31, 2025. Attached is a list of items that should be included but additional items maybe quoted or added. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. Please submit a price list of standard items your company supplies with a percentage off discount. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide all necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment to complete maintenance and repairs. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of material and/or services as detailed in these specifications. 1.2.1 Bidder Experience: The service provider must have a minimum of 5 years of experience repairing motors of this type. 1.3 Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 11:00 am Friday June 29, 2022.
