**As of August 2, 2022, project was awarded to FullerHome Building, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Meadville requests bids for windowsills and restroom partition replacement at the Victor C. Leap Commonwealth Office Building (Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection). The contract covers the removal and replacement of nearly all windowsills within the four-story office building and the removal and replacement of all restroom partitions throughout all floors within the four-story office building. The subject building is owned by the City of Meadville and serves as the Northwest Regional Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection located at 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required.
