For janitorial service for the City Hall and the Community Center. The bid must include cleaning of the City Hall offices and facilities once a week. The community center would require inspection after each use to ensure it is ready for the next booking and that could be as many as 3 times a week. Additional duties would include stocking paper towels, toilet paper, and trash liners. If at any time the community center is left unsatisfactory by a customer, it must be cleaned up prior to the next customers reservation. This would require coordination with City office to be aware of the dates that the Community Center has been reserved. Successful bidder would notify the City hall if the customers cleaning deposit could be returned on the next working day after use. A certificate of insurance must be provided.
