Scope of Work. The Work consists of: ORG 028 EMMETT J. CONRAD HS 1. Security system updates to the building in general and entry vestibules including cameras and card access. All related work must include labor and materials for conduits, pull strings, boxes, supports and door hardware as required for complete installation. 2. Replace sealant joints to include all exterior wall control/expansion joints, material transitions, sealant around door and window frames, wall penetrations, canopies and louvers as indicated in the contract documents. 3. Provide exterior lighting controls and replace exterior lights to LED - wall mounted on exterior walls only 4. Provide/Replace MDF/IDF air conditioning units as indicated in the contract documents. 5. Provide concrete sidewalk adjustment at location indicated in the contract documents.
