The service provider will clean and maintain in a presentable manner all floors, offices, and restroom facilities. The facilities will be cleaned twice a month on a day of the week to be scheduled with the Agency; any conflicts or changes to cleaning schedule will be acceptable with prior approval from the Agency. This includes, but is not limited to trash pick-up, maintaining all floors, and cleaning and stocking restroom facility, etc. The following is a detailed breakdown of the terms and conditions: Bi-Monthly (Twice a month): A. Clean all offices and equipment including: 1. Dust all furniture and office equipment 2. Vacuum all carpeted areas B. Dust, sweep and mop tiled areas, vacuum carpeted areas, clean glass door, disinfect clean sinks and toilets in the following areas: 1. Large Hearing/Conference room 2. Reception room 3. Hallway 4. Kitchen 5. Bathroom 6. Storage room 7. File room C. Trash pick-up Monthly: Inspect and clean the common area in the front of the building by the elevators including: 1. Sweep and mop tiled floor areas by the front door and in the hallway outside of the Ethics Office 2. Clean glass on the front doors 3. Vacuum carpeted hallway 4. Remove cobwebs Service Start : 7/15/2022 Service End : 6/30/2023
