Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Irondequoit, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists principally of the installation of four (4) columbarium structures, concrete sidewalks, exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks, a new flagpole, new granite curbing and asphalt pavement restoration, new decorative concrete landscape curbing, and other appurtenances. The work includes saw-cutting and removal of existing concrete sidewalks, flagpole, saw-cutting and removal of asphalt pavement. The Town Irondequoit is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by the required Bid Guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the The successful bidder(s) must self-perform at a minimum 50% of the contracted work.
