Deadline for Questions July 11, 2022 The selected Executive Program Manager (EPM) and its key personnel must have significant experience in the leadership and management of similar major integrated capital improvement programs that involve construction and/or rehabilitation. The experience does not need to be aviation-specific; however, the qualification must be able to provide effective Domestic Redevelopment Program (DRP) executive management and advise the airport's executive management team. The DRP EPM will be responsible for developing an overall IAH Master project schedule incorporating the ongoing International Terminal Development Program (ITRP), DRP, Skyway, Subway, Central Utility Plant and planned projects by United Airlines (U.A.). In addition, EPM's shall ensure the successful completion and commissioning of the DRP in compliance with the approved Scope, Schedule, Budget and with the level of quality expected. The term of this Project is for five (5) years with three (3) one-year extensions. MWBE Goal: 0%
