Community Development Project APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES 165 S.Y. Base Repair 1,200 S.Y. Milling 125 Tons Superpave 9.5mm Wearing Course Proposals must be on the forms furnished and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Labor Compliance is mandatory. Notice is also hereby given that this project is regulated under Executive Order 11246- Equal Employment Opportunity and related contract specifications apply. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening thereof.
