Demolition and site work for a military facility in Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility.

Project Location: Hill Air Force Base, UT Building 134 shall be completely demolished. Building 134 is a two-story transient housing facility, with a footprint of approximately 116'-8" x 38'-0", and approximately 28' tall. It includes a small sub-basement, and 12 small exterior stairs. The building construction is likely wood frame with brick. The roof is standing seam metal. Abatement contractor must be used and meet the qualifications spelled out in "Abatement Contractor Qualifications Requirements" document and Base Facility Design Standards. The irrigation supply, control box, and control wires for the surrounding landscape shall be relocated to the West exterior of Building 131. Contractor shall modify the water supply to refeed the landscape sprinklers with an aboveground backflow preventer. The site it to be leveled and graded. Footprint of the building shall be restored by reseeding. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
