Renovation of an educational facility in Puyallup, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,200-square-foot educational facility.
Replacement of approximately 11,200 SF of asphalt shingle roofing on Kalkus Building with new 50-year shingles and flashing. Includes new roof access covers and fall protection. Contract time shall be 90 days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time Please note: Addendum #1 replaces the previously issued drawings in their entirety. Bid Estimate: $375,000.00 to $425,000.00 Alternate 1: Replacement of approximately 3,300 SF of asphalt shingle roofing on the Guest House and 540 SF of asphalt shingle roofing on the Garage with new 30-year laminated shingles. Demolish existing brick chimney and modify existing B-vents. Install new fall protection on Guest House. Alternate 1 will add 30 days to Contract Time. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
