Renovation of a municipal facility in Brampton, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Agency is looking to retain an experienced Contractor for multiple HVAC upgrades at various locations throughout the Region of Peel. The work will include design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning. The Project is to be delivered through a CCDC 14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract which shall govern the design and construction of the Project. The CCDC 14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into this RFP and are amended by the Regional Supplementary Conditions to CCDC 14-2013 Stipulated Price Contract, herein. Documents can be obtained at: https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Mon Jul 18, 2022 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Tender has been cancelled. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
