The City of San Ramon will be accepting sealed bids for its Dougherty Station Community Center Renovation Project (CIP 200004). The Project is located at Dougherty Station Community Center (DSCC), 17011 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, CA 94582. This Project will provide new interior finishes, space reconfiguration, ADA upgrades, and exterior sliding entry doors to accommodate planned community programs. The Project must be fully completed within 149 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about December 5, 2022, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding.
