NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Nyack Fire District in Rockland County, New York on August 1, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the firehouse located at 42 Strawtown Road, West Nyack, New York for flood mitigation panel system. Specifications may be obtained at the office of Kornfeld, Rew, Newman & Simeone at the address listed below during regular business hours. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope on which it is clearly stated "Bid for Flood Mitigation Panel System" and shall be addressed to John Tobin, Secretary, 42 Strawtown Road, P.O. Box 176, West Nyack, NY, and received by him by mail prior to 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2022, or delivered to him personally at the firehouse located at 42 Strawtown Road, West Nyack, New York prior to 7:30 p.m. on August 1, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and read on August 1, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the firehouse located at 42 Strawtown Road, West Nyack, New York. The award of bid pursuant to this notice is subject to appropriation of funds for this purpose in accordance with the applicable provisions of the General Municipal Law. All bids must meet the requirements of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and all other applicable statues and have attached a statement of non-collusion.
