Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Bottineau, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The approximate quantities of work, materials & completion deadlines for Concrete Construction of the Project are as follows. - Cut, Remove & Dispose of approximately 1005 S.F. of existing concrete in Tennis Court. - Provide & Install Compacted Aggregate Base Course, Class 5 to current base depth in all replaced concrete areas. - Install 10Mill Plastic (provided by owner) over compacted Aggregated base - Tie new Concrete into all existing concrete with minimum 1/2 " rebar. - Concrete areas to have 1/2 " rebar chaired & spaced at 2' apart. - Provide & install approximately 1005 S.F. of Concrete - Finish with a light to medium broom finish - No cure to be appied - All Concrete, both existing and new, to be moved within the park with skid steer or other smaller machinery to 10th Street - NO Trucks please within the park. - Contractor to provide all incidental items - Owner to remove 10' high chain link fencing along replaced concrete areas - Owner to perform all dirt backfill and landscaping along cement edges as needed - Owner to fence off construction area The Bottineau Park Board reserves the right to reject all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid, and to hold the bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening bids.
