Lincoln Electric System is issuing this bid process for the purpose of selecting a contractor to replace the current piping with a different layout, installation of a new filter system, and installation of a new billing meter at the Rokeby Generation Station Site (RGS) Unit 1 which is located at 8000 SW 12th Street, Lincoln, NE 68523. Successful respondent will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation,
