Renovations to Existing Buildings Located at Meridian Public School District Campuses Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for renovations to existing buildings located at Meridian Public School District campuses as indicated below: Oakland Heights Elementary - 601 59th Avenue, Meridian, MS 39307 Poplar Springs Elementary - 4101 27th Street, Meridian, MS 39305 Parkview Elementary School - 1225 26th Street, Meridian, MS 39305 Magnolia Middle School - 1350 24th Street, Meridian, MS 39301 This project consists of hvac and plumbing upgrades to existing buildings of various campus in Meridian School District as described in the Construction Documents and Specifications. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount or a certified check for a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. G. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 003100 - Available Project Information. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
