The project is expected to be awarded on December 13, 2022.** The objective of the Project is to construct a bypass piping system between two existing sewer assets in the public or city right-of-way near Cesar Chavez and to enlarge existing air-release valves near the intersections of Indiana and 20th Streets and Indiana and 25th Streets. The work includes construction of 48-inch and 66-inch diameter valves and piping; mechanical joints; associated subsurface underground valve-vault (supported on piles); associated mechanical, electrical; I&C work; aboveground electrical controls; PG&E electrical service connection; ARV replacements; associated street restoration; other appurtenances related to the major scopes of work. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).
