No 1 (Cww) Is Seeking Assistance for Engineering Services Needed to Prepare the Application for a Louisiana Water Sector Program Grant (Wsp) Application and Subsequent Implementation of That Program. The Type of Project Involved Is Upgrade, Replacement, and/or Consolidation of Water Facilities for the Waterworks. The Cww Is Soliciting Qualification Statements for Engineering Services to Assist the Cww With Project Scoping, Preliminary Engineering, Design Engineering, and Construction Related Services of the Wsp in Compliance With Wsp Requirements. The Intent of the Cww Is to Award a Contract With Payment Terms to Be Negotiated With the Selected Offeror, and Issue Task Orders for the Specific Projects to Be Implemented Within the Wsp. If No Project Is Funded by the Louisiana Water Sector Program, Then No Services Beyond the Application Phase Will Be Required. All Responses Received Will Be Evaluated in Accordance With the Selection Criteria and Corresponding Point System, Which Is Identified in the Package. The Package Also Identifies the Scope of Services to Be Performed by the Selected Firm. The Cww Will Begin Negotiations With the Respondent Obtaining the Highest Total Score in the Evaluation Process The Intent Is to Award a Cost Reimbursement Contract With Payment Terms to Be Negotiated With the Selected Firm.
