furnishing of necessary labor and materials for the following: Rector Avenue Waterline Lining Project Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Findlay, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. The project is located within the City of Findlay corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection This project consists of implementing a spray in place pipeline liner (SIPP) of approximately 2,998 linear feet of 6" water main. The SIPP will utilize the existing waterline to place a spray in epoxy liner on the inside of the pipe to seal off any cracks or structural deficiencies. Along with the SIPP new sectional valves and fire hydrants will be placed to ensure the water line can be sectioned off in the future, and that the area has a sufficient amount of fire suppression. This project will also include full depth pavement repair, installing miscellaneous water line fitting, seeding & mulching, maintenance of traffic, temporary water supply and construction layout. Pits for SIPP installation, backfill and pavement repair as well as seeding and mulching will be by the City. Work necessary for waterline extensions, sectional valves, miscellaneous fittings, and fire hydrant assemblies will be by the City. SIPP, maintenance of traffic, and temporary water supply will be by the Contractor.
