Site work for a water / sewer project in Deming, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Conference will be for the clarification of the Project Requirements. A tour of the project site will follow the pre-bid conference. The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any bid, to waive any defects, formalities or technicalities. All bids may be held for forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of bids. A bid not submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications and not upon forms provided for this purpose will be considered non-responsive, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any bid so submitted. GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF PROJECT: Proposed project will include the replacement of approximately 2,780 linear feet of existing 6-in. diameter cast iron (CI) and asbestos cement (AC) water main with new 6-in. diameter PVC water main, new service lines, new gate valves with valve boxes, new and additional fire hydrants, asphalt pavement cuts and patching. Existing water main and service lines will be plugged and abandoned in place. the Encanto Circle Subdivision (Encanto Circle, Memory, and Willow Way)
