Construction of a new facility in the Cathedral area (south of 12th Avenue, between Retallack and Rae streets) that will offer 108 housing units and shelter beds for women and children experiencing domestic violence and homelessness. TIMELINE: Sub trade pricing secured from an invited list. Construction to commence shortly. *Project has received $34 million from the Federal Government, $1 from the Province, and the land has been donated by the City of Regina. Total project cost is $60 million. *Absolutely no inquiries will be accepted at this time. Unsolicited inquiries may result in disqualification in any future bidding opportunities.
