This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to submit non-binding quotations for Water Meter Installation, Replacement and Maintenance Program. The City is looking to establish a partnership with a meter maintenance contractor for the maintenance of existing meter infrastructure and pertinent equipment along with the installation of replacement meters for the established City of Cambridge meter replacement program. In addition to meter trouble shooting and installation services, the successful respondent will include the provision of water disconnection services for the City's Water Billing Department. Official bid documents must be obtained from https://cambridge.bonfirehub.ca/ and bid submissions must be done through Bonfire. Question Deadline Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. ET. bid date extended from 07/14/2022 to 07/29/2022.
