INVITATION TO BID TRUCKEE MEADOWS WATER AUTHORITY SPRING CREEK 7 WELL RECHARGE IMPROVEMENTS PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT NO. PWP #WA-2022-387 TMWA CAPITAL PROJECT NO. 15-0050 RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,229,355 - $1,502,545 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of approximately 2,034 lf of 12-in ductile iron pipe and connections to existing TMWA facilities. Demolition and salvage of miscellaneous well-house piping & installation of new piping, fittings, valving and metering improvements. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically via the online bidding system (NGEM). Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
