Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Greencastle, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Tonn and Blank Construction will be the Construction Manager as Constructor or (CMc.) This means we will be handling: a. Preconstruction services b. Consultation of construction during and after the design phases i. The owner has contracted direct with the design firm. c. Development of a construction schedule d. Cost of construction e. Analysis of qualifications of first tier subcontractors f. We will be holding all of the first tier subcontracts i. All first tier subcontractors will be subcontracted direct with the CMc. A Payment Bond will be required. A Performance Bond will be required. A 10% Bid Bond will be required. The bond will need to be made out to City of Greencastle. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. The City of Greencastle reserves the right to cancel this bid at any time if it is in the City's best interest to do so, as determined by the City.
