Services are for Gaithersburg, Maryland. General Requirements: Purpose: The purpose of this sources sought is to identify interested, qualified parties, capable of providing turn-key services for overhead "arch beam" crane replacement. Projects will include demolition of existing overhead arch beam cranes and hoists. Replacement of cranes and hoists will require working over multiple pieces of large equipment which will require protection during construction. Abatement of hazardous containing material may also be included. Projects will be subject to conformance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties (SOI Standards).
