The Offeror may begin submitting questions and comments immediately after release of the SIR and up to July 20, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST. Provide and install a new roof, 2 new 15-ton packaged HVAC units with associated ductwork, 1 mini-split systems, HVAC controls, all associated components, and new kitchen sink wastewater piping connected to the septic system. Prior to installation, all of the equipment and materials shall be reviewed and accepted by an FAA representative. The project will also include abatement of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and air monitoring. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors - Standard Size - $16.5 million. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is set-aside and offered to all small business concerns. The estimated cost magnitude for this project is between: $450,000 and $550,000. Projected Period of Performance for this project is approximately 120 calendar days.
