Renovation of a library in McComb, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of August 5, 2022, the project is anticipated to be awarded on August 9, 2022. This project entails general construction / renovations to the existing Alpha Center building in McComb. Each bid must be submitted in either a sealed envelope or electronically transmitted in Adobe(R) pdf format. All bid proposals shall include fully executed bid form(s) and all additionally required documentation in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders which are bound in the Project Manual and in accordance with the Bid Laws of the State of Mississippi. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must be qualified under Mississippi Law and shall affix his Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal or to the cover sheet of his electronic bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
