The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will receive proposals for Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) for Construction Management @ Risk Services for Second Avenue Restoration. As part of the overall redevelopment of the historical Second Avenue North Corridor in Nashville, TN from the Christmas Day 2020 bombing, MDHA is seeking services for the redevelopment of the subsurface infrastructure and streetscaping along Second Avenue North between Union Street and Broadway Avenue. MDHA is seeking to contract with a general contractor or civil contractor acting as Construction Manager with an extensive, documented background in densely populated urban retrofit utility redevelopment as the "prime" CM firm. MDHA's "Project Delivery Team" comprised of MDHA, NDOT, Metro Planning, Engineering firm, Subconsultants and the CM will work to achieve Second Avenue's objectives of project completion within the designated scope, budget and milestone schedule.
