As an indication and without commitment from Hydro-Québec, the order of magnitude, including the options, is: between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 The work forming part of this document mainly includes but is not limited to: - the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, tools and accessories, site installations, transportation service and any other service necessary for the execution of the work; - the provision of a security program meeting the requirements of this contract; - the necessary works on the ground to ensure compliance with environmental measures; - deforestation according to the different modes and widths prescribed in the plans and profiles; - recovery and stacking of merchantable timber according to the requirements of the contract; - transportation and stacking of merchantable timber, depending on the species of timber, on private land; - the elimination of cutting residues; - the cutting of dangerous trees outside the limits of the right-of-way; - the placement and/or stacking of wooden fascines; - transport and installation of temporary bridges; - supply and installation of culverts; - re-cutting of stumps, when required; - development and maintenance of circulation paths, access paths and bypass paths; - supply, installation and maintenance of signage; - the supply and installation of physical barriers for embankments over 3 meters high; - the installation of sediment barriers; Legal requirements: Certification from Revenu Québec or no establishment in Québec form (ARQ/AEQ) Authorization to contract from the Public Procurement Authority (AMP) Contract requirements: Mandatory Disclosure: Conflict of Interest and Solemn Affirmations Execution schedule indicating the periods of construction activities Hydro-Québec does not undertake to accept any of the proposals received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
