Work under this Agreement of Overland Drainage Assessment is intended to provide services for a variety of small (i.e. local park) and medium-size (i.e. district park) projects whose size, value and time constraints require the immediate response of Consultant resources. This would include troubleshooting localized overland drainage issues. The work may include but not be limited to, professional services for surveying and overland drainage modeling, solution options that may include concept design, design, and cost estimating for mitigating overland drainage issues.This may include a variety of overland drainage systems such as culverts, swales, LID features, lot grading, and property boundary identification. The expected outcome from this assessment will include a summary report providing discussions of findings and recommendations. The report should include a summary of the conditions found, topographical survey, modeling results where required, solution options and anticipated scope quantities for each option.The report will be used to guide decisions, prioritize activities and to develop future scope of work within our branch at the City of Edmonton. Work may also include concept design and design.
