Site work for a road / highway in Grapevine, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Grapevine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for SH 26/SH 121 Landscape Enhancements Phase VI and VII. The major work for this project consists of the following: Landscape and irrigation improvement in TxDOT R.O.W. from intersection at Texan Trail and SH 26 to SH 121 Frontage Road. A cashier's check, a certified check, or acceptable Bidder's Bond for 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid, as well as a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire as required by state law. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, and insurance as detailed in the Contract Documents. RFB submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities in the RFB responses. All questions shall reference the bid in the subject line.
