The work is detailed in the attached estimate. Awarding of contracts: The replacement contract should be awarded in the days following receipt of the tenders and the work must be completed no later than December 31, 2022. A kick-off meeting must be held in the days following the awarding of the contract. This could tentatively take place on August 8, 2022 in order to give the bidder time to prepare his site opening documents. Condition: Only general contractors or specialized contractors for this type of work having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, CB-1.1). Obligations of the contractor: Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, with regard to their skills, their solvency and the content of their tender.
