Renovation of a detention facility in State Farm, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This solicitation is for removal and modifying a 4 foot swing door on a polar king #11 freezer to a 6' x 8' sliding door. The work called for in this solicitation consist of furnishing all material, labor and equipment needed to complete project. Awarded vendor must provide current Certificate of Insurance prior to start of work. *NOTE: See attachments E thru F of existing door. Door must be 5" thick, 72" x 85" Horizontal Sliding Door. Frame and double frame of .040 Stucco Aluminum over plywood with 36" high aluminum diamond kickplate inside and out. Manual lock hasp with inside safety release Kason breaker handle. New sliding door install must be able to maintain unit at a 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Miscellaneous hardware and framing supplies to rebuild door. Must provide breakdown of parts, material and labor. Must provide warranty information on parts and workmanship. 6" x 6" x 25' Aluminum Angle Metal Bidder must clean up after end of day's work and remove all tools from location. Freight (inbound)
