All bids submitted to the Purchasing Agent must comply with the provisions of the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications issued therefore; and the statutory requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative action requirements). • Install approximately 11,400 square feet at a depth of 2 inches by installing a new layer of hot mix asphalt over existing pavement surface • Saw cut and remove existing pavement around the perimeter edges as needed • Clean any dirt or debris off of existing pavement • Install pavement fabric over severely cracked or spider cracked areas as needed • Seal any seams between new and existing pavement
