Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Stanley Mission, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

At SPS 1: The existing emergency generator is to be removed from the existing SPS building and relocated into a new standalone genset enclosure. All electrical and controls equipment are to be removed from the existing SPS building and replaced with new equipment located inside of the new genset enclosure. Pumps, process piping, valves, sensors, platform, and ladder inside of the wet well, as well as the wet well hatch are to be removed and replaced with new equipment. Ventilation fans, ducts, and dampers are to be removed and replaced with new equipment. Unused wall penetrations are to be filled and finished to match building exterior. At SPS 2: A new emergency generator is to be installed in a standalone Genset enclosure. All electrical and controls equipment is to be removed from the existing SPS building and replaced with new equipment located inside of the Genset enclosure. Pumps, process piping, valves, and sensors inside of the wet well as well as the wet well hatch are to be removed and replaced with new equipment. Ventilation fans, ducts, and dampers are to be removed and replaced with new equipment. A new hose bibb is to be connected to the existing incoming water service complete with a backflow preventer. The contractor will be responsible to provide uninterrupted services during the course of construction. A new 503 m force main from SPS 2 to the catchment area of SPS 5 will be installed. The existing force main from SPS 2 to SPS 1 will be capped and abandoned. The SPS 3 building shall be decommissioned and demolished in accordance with the specifications.
