The intent of this project is to perform maintenance on and / or restore damaged or dilapidated parking and drive areas. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work according to the specifications, drawings and statement of work attached or contained in this solicitation. All work will be performed at the Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center. Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 this is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
