Site work for a residential development in Rancho Cordova, California. Working plans call for site work for a residential development.

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) and The Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento are soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced General Contractors to perform repairs at various units at the Coloma Road public housing site. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. The Pre-Qualification meeting is not mandatory; however, firms interested in submitting qualifications are encouraged to attend. This contract is subject to Federal labor standards, California Labor Code including but not limited to Sections 1771, 1774, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1815, compliance monitoring and enforcement by SHRA and the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), affirmative action requirements, Section 3 Requirements of the HUD Act of 1968, and Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise standards. This is a Public Works project. Per California State Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). This will be subject to prevailing wages.
