BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CAPE MAY COUNTY NEW JERSEY for the following: FURNISH AND DELIVER TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND COMPONENT PARTS TO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS Bid forms, instructions, specifications, and other bidding documents may be examined or obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Department during normal office hours at the above address or on the Countys procurement portal located at website. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Questions regarding these specifications must be directed in writing to Allison L. Term of Contract: The initial term of the contract shall commence, upon execution by the County, on or about NOVEMBER 11 th, 2022 until AUGUST 25th, 2023. Furthermore,pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:11-15, there shall be an option for one (1) additional one (1) year contract extension at the same terms and conditions. The contract extension shall automatically take effect on AUGUST 26th, 2022, unless the County notifies the vendor inwriting of its intent not to extend for the additional contract term. Said notice shall be sent via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested and U.S. Mail and shall be received by the vendor no later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the existing contract term
